From the X‑Games to the Starting Gate—Elite Support for Riders Who Push Limits
When it comes to performance, the smallest details can make the biggest difference. That’s something Keith Deutsch knows firsthand, both from experience on the battlefield, and from carving his way through world-class competition in the snow.
Now, Keith is working on something new: a mobile race-day tuning station designed to bring expert service straight to the mountains, the trails, and the starting line.
Built From Experience: Snowboard Tuning, Race-Day Ready
This isn’t just some dude with an iron and a scraper. Keith has spent time at the highest levels of adaptive snowboarding—Team USA, World Cups, and three consecutive Winter X-Games appearances.
He knows what it’s like to gear up under pressure, how crucial prep is before every competitive run, and exactly what an athlete needs when the stakes are high, and the wax has to be right.
His upcoming service will offer:
Temperature ready Race-day snowboard tuning, and on-site pneumatic nitrogen for dry wheels. "If you’re going downhill, we can help you go faster"
Edge finishing and performance adjustments
Support from someone who’s been on both sides of the line—rider and technician
Expanding to Mountain Biking — With Open Ambition
Keith’s tuning rig won’t stop at snow. He’s also diving into the mountain bike race scene, bringing that same level of detail and dedication to bikes as he has to boards.
While he’s new to MTB competition, Keith is clear-eyed and committed. This mobile setup will include tools and capabilities that include and are always growing...
Suspension checks
Nitrogen
Brake tuning
Drivetrain adjustments
Pre-race quick fixes
And like everything he builds, it’s meant to be trail-tested, rider-focused, and fully self-sufficient.
Mobile. Modular. Mission-Focused.
The magic happens inside a rolling race-day HQ.
This isn’t some gimmick—it’s a self-built mobile workstation outfitted with:
A Commercial grade, "Grind-Rite 61Hudred" Ski and Snowboard Base grinder and Hot waxer, plus plenty of space and equipment to DiY.
Bike stands and tool stations as well as bike stands and tools for sale.
Storage for tuning kits, gear, and emergency repairs
Enough flexibility to support events from local trail races to national snow comps
It’s still under construction, but the goal is clear: show up, tune up, and support riders who are out there trying to go faster.
What’s Next
This service isn’t live yet, but it’s coming. If you’re a snowboarder, skier, or rider looking for race-day support from someone who’s lived it, keep an eye on this space.
Keith will be rolling out updates on the build, schedule, and service availability as the trailer nears completion. He’s also looking to connect with local race organizers, MTB teams, and fellow wax techs who want to help shape this mobile project into something the community can count on.
